3 Year Warranty (Standard) UK
Overview
Main Neater products come with a 3-year warranty as standard to cover manufacturing defects, starting from dispatch date. Included: The main mechanical and electrical components to be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Neater Solutions Ltd. It may be required for goods to be returned to us for repair. Please do not hesitate to contact info@neater.co.uk if you have further queries regarding this warranty.

Manufacturing defects

Support offered via telephone, email and video call

Where required, repairs which are covered for duration of the warranty period or an additional 1 year on that part only – whichever is longer.
Excluded:

Malfunctions from incorrect usage

Malfunctions from tampering

Products bought from Neater but with a different branding i.e. Armon

Consumables: Crockery, cutlery, switches, slings, straws

Repairs not covered by warranty (these repairs will come with a 1 year warranty on that part only)

Visits outside agreed initial install

Refurbishment programmes.
