Example 2 - eliminates uncontrolled movement

An adjustable counter balance spring inside the Neater Eater arm lifts the spoon automatically to the adjustable up stop. An adjustable spring then brings the spoon forwards to the adjustable forward stop. The diner is not required to grip the Neater Eater arm and only needs to be able to push it back and down.
